Duality represents the spiralling nature of the universe and the multitude coming from the two. Relationship to the other enables us to realise our own oneness. This oneness can be easily comprehended through love. It might be love between a couple or the love of a parent to their child. We also represent duality in this film through light and dark, fire and water, sun and moon, the chaos goose and chaos gander, a two headed troll, the two horns of a goat, a symbolic sexual union above a skull representing death and many things shown in twos. The moon itself also represents duality as it cycles between a light side and a dark side.
